The young and committed coffee producer Rossy Arriaga Urquía produces on her Finca los Girasoles (sunflower finca) in La Florida de Marcala, Honduras, at 1562 meters above sea level. Second generation quality coffee. The Arabica varieties Bourbón, Catuai, Geisha and Icatú grow in mixed cultures. The name of the finca, on which coffee has been grown for over 40 years, comes from the many sunflowers which, in addition to coffee, delight visitors and bees alike.
