Heavy sweetness and interesting aromas: you will find notes of orange peel, black tea, sea buckthorn, rose, maple syrup, apricot, raspberry, herbs and dried plum in this coffee.

Our partner Jesus Salazar, Cafeólogo, developed a coffee cultivation project in Chiapas in 2010 involving the Mayan communities. He works directly with 140 small farmers who grow high-quality coffee in the shade of the Mexican primary forest.Production is anything but intensive, with each farmer producing around 20 bags per year. Jesus, the Q-Processor, accompanies them in the technical implementation of the process to produce high-quality nano-batches, the best we have tasted in Mexico for a long time!"The Benefecio Comunitario Sibactel is located in the Tenejapa region. The Mayan people living there belong to the Tseltal community, which is very shy. Today, 70 farmers are partners of Cafeólogo. Since the 2020 harvest, coffee has been bought in cherries at the same price as parchment for 2 reasons: 1. strong promotion of selective harvesting. 2. better remuneration for farmers.
