We love the down-to-earth feeling and the nutty and sweet taste of this organic Hojicha from Länggass-Tee.

 

Preparation Hojicha Latte: Use 1 to 2 tea spoons in 200 to 300 ml of warm milk.

Or use as ingredient to sweet or salty dishes.

 

Hojicha is, as the name translates, ‘roasted tea’. The finished base tea (Sencha, Kukicha or Bancha) is roasted in pans. The three-year tea consists only of roasted, woody stems. Hojicha has a flavour of roasting and bread.
