Contents
Pure purple yam (ube) powder – 100% root, with no maltodextrin, tapioca, or other fillers. Unlike many industrial ube powders, this product is not diluted.

Preparation
Use 1 heaped tsp for 200 ml milk (plant-based or dairy). Mix with a small amount of boiling water (approx. 100°C) and let it steep for 1 minute. Stir well, then add hot milk. Best enjoyed with coconut milk and a pinch of vanilla.

Flavor Profile
Biscuit-like, mild, with a subtle vanilla note

Origin
Bukidnon, Mindanao Island – Philippines

Processing
Gently steamed, slowly dried, and finely ground

Important Note
Ube is a pure root powder: a light natural sediment may form at the bottom of the cup. Some very uniform or very bright ube powders may contain fillers (such as maltodextrin or tapioca), used to simplify industrial processing and improve solubility.

Serving Recommendation
Delicate and refined in taste. Best prepared with coconut drink (lighter and more fluid) rather than thick cooking-style coconut milk, and ideally paired with vanilla.

A Unique Terroir

On the volcanic plateaus of Bukidnon, in the heart of Mindanao Island, purple yam (ube) thrives in nutrient-rich, dark soils enriched by volcanic ash. This tropical root develops its naturally vibrant violet color along with a mild, biscuit-like aroma.

On small, family-run farms, ube is cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers—fully in harmony with the seasons and local biodiversity. Andy and his team harvest each root by hand at full maturity and process it directly on site.

The production is entirely artisanal: gentle steaming, slow low-temperature drying, and fine milling. The result is a silky, intensely colored powder—100% natural and rich in nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants.

Perfect for purple lattes, smoothies, natural desserts, and vibrant plant-based drinks.
